Dr. Payam Ataii, DMD, MBA

Dr. Payam Ataii is the Founder and Author of the Elevate Program and has been in private practice for past 22 years. Over the last 11 years, he has provided Invisalign® treatment to nearly 1,000 patients at his practice in Laguna Hills. Dr. Ataii’s research has led to articles published in numerous dental journals, and he is the recipient of numerous awards for his research and peer-to-peer lecturing. His research has brought forth changes in dentistry, and holds multiple patents allowing patients to reap the rewards of modern technology. Dr. Ataii received his dental degree from Tufts Dental School, ranking first in his clinical class with a Harvard Externship. He also serves on multiple company boards and is a recognized key opinion leader. He has trained doctors and their team members nationally and internationally helping dental offices reap the rewards of modern technology for their patients. Dr. Ataii is a strong believer in using Invisalign® treatment for improved dental health.

Thomas S. Shipley

Thomas S. Shipley, DMD, MS, received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and went on to earn his doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Dr. Shipley completed a Master’s program in Orthodontics at West Virginia University.

Dr. Shipley maintains a full-time orthodontic practice in Peoria, Arizona. He is an Adjunct Professor of Orthodontics at The Arizona School of Dentistry Orthodontic Specialty Program. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics, and the Arizona Dental Association.
